The family-friendly atmosphere at Csipkeszeg was evident from the moment we arrived. Our host, Michael, not only shared fascinating stories about the region but also engaged our kids in traditional dances, much to their delight. It was heartwarming to see the passion he has for preserving local traditions and sharing them with guests. One of the highlights for our family was staying in a more than 160-year-old traditional house that has been lovingly maintained to offer modern comfort without compromising its historical charm. the kids were thrilled to learn about the history of the place and explore its nooks and crannies. Apart from the history, Csipkeszeg offers family-friendly amenities like a small private pool, which, to our surprise, turned out to be a small salty lake – a unique experience that we all enjoyed. the meals served at Csipkeszeg were a true delight. Cooked from high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, the breakfasts and dinners were not only delicious but also gave us a taste of authentic Romanian cuisine.
